Gattaca is a genealogical disease tracking tool that uses Bayesian networks to evaluate genetic risk factors across family trees. It was made by Matthew Webber, Adam Weinstein and Clinton Blackburn for Peter Szolovits' Bioinformatics course (6.872 Fall 2008).
